Enjoy a cup of freshly pour-over coffee
Preparation of Tools:
1.Conical coffee filter paper (suggested size for 1-2 people, compatible with common pour-over filter cups)
2.Ground coffee (medium-fine grind, like the size of sugar grains)
3.Pour-over filter cup (matched with the filter paper size, ceramic or glass material is better)
4.Pour-over kettle (with a fine spout for easy control of water flow)Pure water heated to 88-92℃
5.Coffee cup / sharing mug (to hold the coffee liquid)

I. Filter paper pretreatment (a crucial step!)
Remove the conical filter paper, unfold it along the indentation, align the single-layer side with the tip of the filter cup, and press the double-layer side against the wall of the filter cup.
Hold the filter holder above the coffee cup, slowly pour in hot water, making sure that both the inside and outside of the filter paper are moistened (the amount of hot water is approximately 50ml).
When the remaining hot water in the filter paper has completely drained, remove the filter cup and pour out the pre-warmed wastewater in the coffee cup.

II. Eliminate Paper Odor & Preheat and Add coffee powder
Place the processed filter back onto the coffee cup, and pour in 15 grams of coffee powder (the standard amount for one person, adjust according to taste).
Gently tap the surface of the coffee powder with your fingers to evenly spread it across the bottom of the filter paper, avoiding any depressions or protrusions.

III. and pour in sections (Mastering the water flow = Mastering the taste)
Steaming Awakening (30 seconds):
Place the spout of the espresso machine close to the coffee grounds and slowly pour 30ml of hot water (just covering the coffee grounds)
Stop pouring water and wait for 30 seconds to allow the coffee grounds to fully expand and release their aroma
Main Extraction (1-2 minutes):
Keep the spout height unchanged and slowly pour water in a clockwise circular motion
When the coffee liquid reaches 80ml, stop pouring and wait until the liquid level drops to 1cm above the coffee grounds
Continue pouring water in the same manner until the total extraction volume reaches 240ml (for one person), with the entire process controlled within 2 minutes
