The principle of reinforcing fiber-mesh by water spines is similar to that of needling, but instead of needles, the fiber-mesh is sprayed by high pressure multi-strand fine water jet. After the water jet passes through the fiber net, the rebound of the net curtain is entrusted to intersperse the fiber net again. Therefore, under the hydraulic action of high-speed water jet interspersed in different directions, the fibers in the fiber net produce displacement, interpenetration, entanglement and closure, so that the fiber net is strengthened.
