Our entire production process is Separator, Warping, Drafting, Weaving, Wash&Dry, Inspecting, Slitting, Printing, Labeling, and Packaging.
Each of these 10 processes is hygienic, safe and delicate. Among them, weaving, printing, Labeling, the 3 major workshops are our typical workshops, welcome to visit!
Textile Workshop
We currently have 350 weaving machines.The production capacity of the loom is 230 meters/set/day and current total production capacity is 34,000 meters/day.
Printing Workshop
Two presses capable of producing 40,000,000 labels per day.We can customize logo,various shapes and patterns can be made.
Labeling Workshop
The company currently has more than 120 labeling machines,including 30 special-shaped labeling machines. We are buying new machines every year to increase our production capacity.
